RECIPE FOR RED ENCHILADAS: Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Make loz balls with the red masa dough. Place two deli sheets on tortilla presser, along with a masa ball & press down to make small tortilla. Carefully peel off the tortilla from deli sheet. Place tortillas on the skillet. Flip the tortilla 3 times. First side 29 sec, second 50 sec, third 29 sec until it lifts up. Red Enchiladas Potosinas: Fry tortillas in oil until crispy. Place shredded, cooked chicken in center. Add chopped lettuce & crumbled cheese. Spoonful of salsa for extra taste.
