INGREDIENTS: Corn, Water, Lime, Vegetable Lard (Soybean Oil, Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Palm Oil, Mono & Diglycerides, TBHQ & Citric Acid Antioxidants), Inca Lard (Edible Tallow, 0.004% TGHQ Antioxidants) Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak corn husks in water for about 30 minutes. Grab a corn husk, add a spoonful of prepared masa dough and stuff with any cooked food preference pork, chicken or beef). Then fold and tie. Place tamales in a standing position in a pot on medium-high heat on the stovetop to steam them. To check if tamales are ready, carefully open tamale to make sure the masa dough doesn't stick to the corn husk. Add more water if necessary. Tamales will be ready in about 2 hours of cooking.
