RECIPE FOR TORTILLA:

1.Divide the Dough into a ball of I½ grams, line a tortilla press with two sheets of thick plastic wrap.

2.Place the Dough between the two sheets of plastic and press until each
tortilla measures 5 to 6 inches in diameter.

3.Heat the Comal griddle on medium-high heat.

4.Carefully Peel off the tortilla from the plastic wrap. Place the tortilla on the
comal griddle.

5.Flip the Tortilla 3 times. First side 29 seconds, second
side 50 seconds, third side 29 seconds until it lifts up.

6.Cover the Tortilla with a cloth napkin to keep them soft and warm.
